SHIPPING
The following shipping fees will be added to your order at the checkout:
- Finland 6,90€
- Sweden, Denmark, Benelux, Germany 15€
- Rest of EU countries 20€
- Outside EU / Rest of world 25€
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code when your orders is shipped.
Please note that these shipping fees do not include customs duties for orders outside EU.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please reserve for deliveries to Finland 1-3 days, deliveries to Europe 4-6 days and deliveries to North America, Australia and overseas 5-8 days.
Shipments to Finland, Sweden, Germany, Benelux and the Baltic countries are processed with Postnord / DPD mypack collect. You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup at your nearest collection point.
All other deliveries are by Fedex. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation.
PAYMENTS
You can choose a payment method at the checkout. We never receive or save your bank or card details.
RETURNS
We do our best to make sure the shipped goods are without faults. However if you should receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
If you are not happy with your purchase you have 14 days to return the unused goods to us. The item must be with tags on, in the original condition.
Please note that some items, like meter fabrics are cut to length and there is no return right for the fabric purchases.
RETURNS FROM FINLAND
Orders from Finland include a ready printed return label inside the package. You can return the item to use in unused condition with tags on. Please note that we we will not refund the shipping fee and amount of 5,90euros return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount.
ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE FINLAND
If you would like to return your order from outside Finland, please email us to let us know. We can check the fee for return shipment, and you are also able to return the goods using your local shipping company.
